Hi All,
ACI got a mention in latest 'Maximise', the magazine of the Maxi Club.
In the BMC/BL report it states:
Highlights? Dodgy outfits in the Allegro Club, who dressed for the year of their cars........
I wonder what gave them that idea? |

ACI got a mention and picture in the Maestro & Montego Owners Club's last magazine "Monstro", after Bromley.
"Notable highlights of the show included the Allegro Club International, who always produce a strikingly themed stand. This year they teamed up the car's year of manufacture with music and artefacts from that year including vacuum cleaners, space hoppers and bikes!"
Not my words! |

"retro cars" featured the clubs bromley display in their write up of the event a few months back , describing the ACI as "the king amoung car clubs" for the effort made at this years bromley show. _________________ "If you think an allegro is intresting you are criminally insane" Said the man in the 12mpg Range Rover sport as it depreciated another £100 in the time it took to write this! |

retro cars mag has done it again! We have a full page feature in the current (NOV) edition all about the allegro club!
Also in print this weeks classic car weekly features the amberley show which the club dispalyed at - we have a small pic and mention. Worth a look too for the british leyland feature. _________________ "If you think an allegro is intresting you are criminally insane" Said the man in the 12mpg Range Rover sport as it depreciated another £100 in the time it took to write this! |
