Information received from the organiser (Gemma Cartwright, Rover Community Action Trust) so far:
Pride Of Longbridge is 18th April gates open from
9 officially but cars start to attend earlier than that.
It's the 10th anniversary this year to recognise the
collapse of MG Rover but to celebrate the great that came
out of Longbridge.
It would be great for your Club to attend so the
ex work force, community and enthusiasts have a chance to
be together.

I know Hopwood are a bit touchy about groups congregating there for POL but ignoring that is there any plans to meet up there and go to the event enmass?
If so, what time? |

Hopwood will have their hands(?) full with Metros this year from what I have been reading elsewhere, so best avoided.
There is no 'official' club rendezvous away from Cofton Park this year, but if you go straight to the park, ask the marshals to direct you to 'I' in 'Area B'. If anybody wants to be really organised, it may help the marshals if you display a large letter I on your windscreen |
