Hello to all.
I just joined, I don't have an Allegro but have a soft spot for 1970's BL products & in particular the Allegro. I was brought up in Leyland in Lancashire & my dad worked at Leyland Motors helping make trucks, so I guess it's in my blood
Cheers
Dave

Hi
I certainly wouldn't rule it out. Allegro's appeal to me because the size is right & I like the shape. Add in the fact that it's from the 70's & thus has a nostalgia factor for me & it's definitely my type of car.
We're planning to move at some point so it wouldn't be until after then, as I don't want to have to think about housing another car until I know what house (& garage) we'll end up with.
I'd probably have to get an Automatic version too as that's the only licence my girlfriend has.
