I thought it was worthy of note that I attended a show over bank holiday with my car, it was a newly formed fund raising event held locally called 'Wheels 4 Jospice' - this was the first ever show and was well turned out with approx. 60 cars and a thoroughly entertaining show dog display team! That chap who organized it is now wanting to make this an annual event, so any members in the north west (or those who might be visiting) please pencil this one in as it's bound to grow bigger and bigger every year as word spreads; especially considering it's in aid of such a good course.

I took a couple of snaps of my car on my camera phone (hence the graininess!) and will probably upload the rest of the show photos at a later date. This was my car's first outing since it's new MoT. Predominately there was the usual smattering of Stags, Cortinas, Capris and a couple fo Morgans, plus some crowd drawing pre-war Rolls and Bentleys. Aside from the attendance of the MG owners club and a crusty old Russet Brown Mini, BL tin was a little thin on the ground. However I was parked next to a beautiful midnight blue Austin 1300 Vanden Plas auto, the car has been a concourse winner at Tatton Park, everything about this car was box-fresh and the owner was a real gent.
